Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel Cirth Pro at any time from the dashboard’s Billing page or the Polar customer portal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then your organization moves to the Free plan. We don’t charge cancellation fees, and your Markdown stays exportable throughout.

How refunds work

Payments for Cirth Pro are sold by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record — refunds are issued by them, back to your original payment method, never paid any other way.

Refunds are decided case by case. In practice we make things right when:

• you were charged twice for the same period;
• a renewal caught you by surprise — reach out shortly after the charge (ideally within 14 days) and we’ll refund it if you’re not keeping the plan;
• the service clearly failed to do what it promises for you.

For annual plans where you’ve used the service for part of the year, we aim for a fair outcome rather than a formula.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from your account’s address, and include the order or invoice reference from your Polar receipt if you have it. We aim to reply within two business days — most cases are settled in one.

A note on chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks carry fees for everyone and take weeks; almost every issue — including this one — is faster to fix with a message.
